Jamie Robinson graduated from the Royal College of Art in Painting. He has exhibited paintings since 1986 and photographs since 1997 here and internationally.
He is currently working towards his first one man show in this country at 1000,000 mph in March 2007, a number of group shows and a solo show late in 2007 at Apt Draschan, Vienna.
He has had photographs published in Dazed and Confused Magazine (February 2006) on Marfa and The Donald Judd Foundation for Blueprint, Contemporary Magazine and The Independent Newspaper as well as on advertising campaigns through Ogilvy New York, for IBM/Linux and Hewlett Packard.
2002 saw his first book "Aishiteru I Love You" published by Immprint and distributed by Art Books Interrnational, edited by Michael Mack shot in England, Japan and Australia over a period of 3 years - it focused on cross continental relationships, identity, cultural confluences and displacement.
