Porn Puppet Show

A marionette puppet show which is both hilarious and incredibly raunchy. It includes a black and white film, The Delicia Show, of the puppets in action. This work is quite unique and changes the face of porn as we know it, with its child-like craziness, innocence and enthusiasm."

Background

The idea of the porn puppets was born eight years ago when Gerald. B. Balding was touring the US as a circus performer. Back in the UK touring the Midlands at the end of 2004, he teamed up with another circus performer Luca Garcia and the concept of the porno puppets finally seemed attainable. Together, they met up socially with the third member of their team, Amy Howard, a circus clown.

The show uses a combination of mediums: starting as a live talk show with puppets on strings and a rod, breaking into black and white film projections on screen. Then there is the puppet play itself, some of which is shown in film in colour. They have spent many hours in the workshop crafting the puppets and use their own voices.

The show will be premièred at the Erotic Awards Finals at the Night of the Senses on 3rd September 2005.
