Tender and inventive S/M drawings and etchings by Incubus6, alias Boyd Phillips, who is working to revive the great European tradition of fine erotic etchings. He also works in pen and ink, watercolour, and oils. His inspirations range from the Symbolists and the works of Klimt and Bellmer, to the writings of De Sade, Réage, Bataille, and Apollinaire.
As Incubus6, he seeks to produce images that cannot easily be photographed, images that are the combined product of his fantasies, his imagination, his dreams and his realities. Nothing makes him happier than clutching his sweaty nib whilst hunched over some indecency of his own making. As De Sade says in Juliette, '... words cannot describe that divinely voluptuous scene; only an engraver could have rendered it properly?'
