WINNER Hussy

'Sparkles, sequins, and femininity galore, with a little bump and grind.' This is how Zoe Spencer describes her collection, inspired by Victorian mid-21st century underworlds, reminiscent of circus, fairground, burlesque, carnival and vaudeville. Zoe made the costumes for Carnesky's Ghost Train and has now been approached by the V&A.
